Our Fall Book Fair Parents/Grandparents Day will be Friday, November 7th!

All visitors must check in with a driver’s license. To make entry faster, we are offering pre-check registration. We highly encourage you to pre-register—this allows you to enter the school quickly and head straight to the Book Fair with your student.

How to pre-register:

• Complete the attached form for each adult visitor.
• This information is confidential and only used for pre-screening through our Raptor Safety System.
• Pre-registered visitors will be able to sign in faster on the day of the event.
• Pre-registered visitors are still required to show a driver's license to enter.

Important:

• Visitors who do not pre-register are still welcome and will complete the standard screening on Friday.
• All visitors must show a driver’s license to enter, whether pre-registered or not.

Please share this information with grandparents or other special guests and make sure each visitor completes a form.

The pre-check form will close on Thursday, November 6th at 10 am to allow time for processing.
